Hitesh bhai was very flexible with us from the first day we contacted him. He provided us all the relevant information that we needed to prior to the funeral day and was always available to respond to our calls and emails.
On the funeral day itself, he was very flexible with us making sure we got everything we wanted. Thank you to Hiteshbhai and his team for making our farewell as smooth as possible. Very accommodating and professional throughout. I would recommend their services without any hesitation.

At such a deeply distressing time of losing someone so dear to us you held our hand and took us through the whole process of arranging the funeral with such professionalism, integrity, kindness, compassion and love, we will never forget how much you cared and guided us in those weeks leading up to the funeral day and beyond.  The level of dignity and respect you gave our mum was incredibly heart-warming, we trusted you completely to give our mum the best send-off for her final journey to the spirit world, and you did not disappoint, in fact you exceeded all expectations we had of how it would be. Thank you for all your support and guidance, we cannot speak highly enough of your service, you are all kind-hearted people who genuinely care for others in their darkest hours. I would really like to thank Shanti funeral services for handling funeral services of my grandma in the most loving and respected way .
We were not only satisfied but were very happy for the hospitality in our moments of grief .

A VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL AT SHANTI FUNERAL SERVICES IN HARROW, HITESH WAS AMAZING IN HANDLING MY DADS FUNERAL, THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED WAS PERSONAL FROM THE DAYS RUNNING UP TO MY FATHERS DEATH ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO THE FUNERAL DAY.  HE HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH GREAT EXPERTISE AND WAS PROFESSIONAL WITH ALL THE PROCEDURES INVOLVED.  HE AND HIS TEAM LOOKED AFTER MY FATHER VERY WELL AND ARRANGED ALL VIEWINGS TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD.  FIRST FUNERAL I HAVE HAD TO ARRANGE, HITESH MADE IT VERY EASY FOR US, WE WERE TREATED SO WELL AND IT WAS AN AMAZING SEND OF FOR MY DAD. We the family found Hitesh and his staff at Shanti funerals to be very professional when assisting us with our mother’s funeral arrangements.  Hitesh was always respectful of our needs and sensitive to the rituals we had to conduct.  He was very calm , patient and caring.  Would recommend them highly.
